The Advances in Crop Science and Technology is an open access journal; all the articles are peer reviewed by eminent people in the field. Journal strives to publish and get a worthy impact factor by quick visibility through its open access guiding principle for world class research work.

The agri-food supply chain in particular refers to a system of actors linked from “farm to fork” to produce consumer-oriented products in a more effective manner and optimize the flow of agricultural products through the different steps of the chain.

Across all agrifood systems, intensification is a substitution process, whereby physical inputs such as energy, land, and nutrients are replaced by knowledge. If this lowers the rates of extraction and degradation while increasing human benefits, we can think of them as sustainable.
