It’s a kind of bodywork that relieves compression within the bones of the top, sacrum (a triangular bone within the lower back), and vertebral column. It’s a mild hands-on technique that uses a light-weight touch to look at membranes and movement of the fluids in and round the central systema nervosum . Relieving tension within the central systema nervosum promotes a sense of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.

It is non-invasive. It uses gentle pressure on the top, neck, and back to alleviate the strain and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat variety of conditions. It’s thought that through the gentle manipulation of the bones within the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of spinal fluid within the central systema nervosum are often normalized. This removes “blockages” from the traditional flow, which reinforces the body’s ability to heal.
