It is my distinct honour and privilege to welcome you to the Advances in Crop Science and Technology.

The Advances in Crop Science and Technology is an open access journal; all the articles are peer reviewed by eminent people in the field. Journal strives to publish and get a worthy impact factor by quick visibility through its open access guiding principle for world class research work.

Integrated pest management (IPM), also known as integrated pest control (IPC) is a broad-based approach that integrates practices for economic control of pests. IPM aims to suppress pest populations below the economic injury level (EIL). The IPM process starts with monitoring, which includes inspection and identification, followed by the establishment of economic injury levels. The economic injury levels set the economic threshold level. That is the point when pest damage.

Reliance on knowledge, experience, observation and integration of multiple techniques makes IPM appropriate for organic farming. These may or may not include materials listed on the Organic Materials Review Institute. Although the pesticides and particularly insecticides used in organic farming and organic gardening are generally safer than synthetic pesticides, they are not always more safe or environmentally friendly than synthetic pesticides and can cause harm.

We always encourage your research works under the scope of our Journal “Advances in Crop Science and Technology”.

With regards,
