On behalf of the Journal of Genetics and Genomes, as Editor-in-Chief, it is my distinct honour and privilege to inform you that, it’s been ten long years we have started the Journal, now we are privileged to welcome Analytical Society to our journal. As Editor-In-Chief it is my great pleasure and honour to welcome you to the Journal of Genetics and Genomes.

The Journal of Genetics and Genomics  is a journal publishing peer-reviewed articles of novel and significant discoveries in the fields of genetics and genomics. Topics of particular interest include but are not limited to genetics. The open access journal is published by OMICS International who hosts around 350 open access peer-reviewed journals as well as organizes more than 100 International scientific Conferences.

Genetics and Genomes is the investigation of genetics, genomes, the entire arrangement of hereditary material inside a life form. Journal includes the sequencing and examination of genetics & genomes. Research is additionally worried about the structure, capacity, examination, and advancement of genetics. As opposed to hereditary qualities, which alludes to the investigation of individual qualities and their parts in legacy, Genetics & genomics utilizes high throughput DNA sequencing and bioinformatics to amass, and examine the capacity and structure of whole genomes.

Genetics and Genomes research holds the key to meeting many of the challenges of the coming years. At the moment, the biggest challenge is in data analysis. The major challenge of the Journal is need to infuse genetics information into medical practice, which is really hard. There are issues around confidentiality, education, electronic medical records, how to carry genetics & genomic information throughout lifespan and make it available to physicians. The Journal is fascinated by the idea that genetics is digital.
